Der Schutz Ihrer persönlichen Daten und die Sicherheit von Kindern haben bei Brickify höchste Priorität. Die Anwendung wurde nach dem Prinzip „Privacy by Design“ entwickelt: Die App erhebt, verarbeitet und speichert keinerlei personenbezogene Daten.
1. Grundsatz: 100 % Lokale Datenverarbeitung
Brickify funktioniert vollständig offline. Die Anwendung benötigt keine Netzwerkverbindung und besitzt keinerlei Code oder Berechtigungen, um Daten über das Internet zu übertragen. Spielstände, Highscores und gewählte Einstellungen (z. B. Themes oder Schwierigkeitsgrade) werden ausschließlich lokal in den geschützten Anwendungsdaten Ihres iOS-Geräts gespeichert.
2. Keine Werbung, kein Tracking & keine Drittanbieter-SDKs
Unsere App ist garantiert frei von Werbung. Wir binden keine Werbenetzwerke, Tracking-Dienste oder Analyse-Werkzeuge von Drittanbietern (wie z. B. Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK etc.) ein. Es findet somit zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein Tracking Ihres Spielverhaltens statt.
3. Besondere Bestimmungen für Kinder & Kinderschutz
Brickify hält sich strikt an die Richtlinien des Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), die europäische DSGVO sowie die strengen Vorgaben der Apple App Store Kids Category:
- Es werden keine Daten von Kindern erhoben oder angefordert.
- Es gibt keine In-App-Käufe, Werbebanner oder Pop-Ups.
- Es gibt keine externen Links zu Sozialen Netzwerken oder Websites innerhalb des Spiels.
4. In-App-Käufe & Abonnements
Brickify wird als einmaliger Kauf (Premium App für 0,99 €) im Apple App Store angeboten. Die App enthält keinerlei In-App-Käufe, Abonnements oder versteckte Zusatzkosten.

Brickify operates fully offline. The application does not require a network connection and does not contain any code or permissions to transmit data over the Internet. Game progress, high scores, and selected settings (e.g., themes or difficulty levels) are stored exclusively on your iOS device within the secure local storage of the application.
2. No Ads, No Tracking & No Third-Party SDKs
Our app is guaranteed to be free of advertisements. We do not integrate any ad networks, tracking services, or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.). Consequently, no tracking of your gameplay behavior occurs at any time.
3. Special Provisions for Children & Child Protection
Brickify strictly complies with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European GDPR, and the strict guidelines of the Apple App Store Kids Category:
- No personal data is collected or requested from children.
- There are no in-app purchases, advertisements, or pop-ups.
- There are no external links to social networks or websites within the game.
